Mandatory units covering the following subjects - Deliver customer service, understand customers, principles of customer service, understand employer organisations and manage personal performance and development.
In addition there are optional units – to tailor the qualification specifically to you and your industry.WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
No prior knowledge, understanding, skills or qualifications are required before learners register for this qualification, however it is likely that you may already be employed or seeking employment within the customer service sector.
