WHAT DOES THE APPRENTICESHIP INCLUDE?
Mandatory units covering the following subjects - Organise and Deliver Customer Service, Understand the Customer Service Environment, Resolve Customers’ Problems, Principles of Business, Understand Customers and Customer Retention and Manage Personal and Professional Development .
In addition there are optional units – to tailor the qualification specifically to you and your industry.WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
Is already employed or seeking employment within the customer service sector. A Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service would be desirable.
