WHAT DOES THE SUBJECT INCLUDE?
The course focusses upon the principles and practices of horticulture in a work-based environment. It includes:
· Promote, monitor and maintain health, safety and security of the workplace.
· Estimate and programme resource requirements.
· Manage your own resources.
It is combination of mandatory and optional units. WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
You should be working in the horticulture industry and be at least 16 years of age at the beginning of the course.
