The aim of the programme is to enable learners to attain the necessary skills to do well in this dynamic industry. Gastronomic and Food and Beverage Service Skills will be taught by practical lively demonstrations and hands-on experience will allow learners the opportunity to practice the skills they have learnt.WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
