What is the course about?

An introductory course for anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness and become more mindful in their own life.  We will learn about the evidence behind mindfulness as well as practicing meditation, movement and everyday mindfulness practices.  Benefits include feeling less stressed and more satisfied with life.
Participants should be willing and able to make time for around 20-30 minutes of home practice every day during the course. 

This course is for anyone who has lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 years and thinks they could benefit from mindfulness. It is free of charge.
In order to benefit from the course it is important to be able to attend at least 7 of the 10 sessions.  Please be prepared to commit to home practice as well as this is an integral part of the course.
There will be some gentle exercise but it can be adapted to all physical needs.

Is there anything I need to bring with me?

Bring anything you need to be comfortable such as a cushion or a blanket.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing.  Some yoga mats and cushions are available at the venue.

What is a Cookie

Log files

Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site.
