A physical Hatha Yoga class incorporating flowing movements to build flexibility, strength, balance, focus, breath & lung capacity in a low-impact non-competitive way. The focus used in yoga will help you have more body awareness and control, improving balance. Relaxation is built into yoga to help clear and focus the mind.Is there anything I need to bring with me?
You should wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. If you have your own mat please bring it however some mats are available to borrow.Is there anything else I need to be aware of?
