The Hospitality industry covers hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars and nightclubs, hospitality services, youth/backpacker hostels, holiday centres and self-catering accommodation.

Hospitality is all about customer service, whether this is making sure food is served on time or that a hotel room is ready to use.  Depending on your job role you could undertake one of the following qualifications:
